Anna is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Registered Drama Therapist, Certified Animal-Assisted Therapist, and Canine-Assisted Intervention Specialist. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Drama Therapy from Lesley University in 2022, Animal-Assisted Therapy certificate at the University of Denver in 2023 and Canine-Assisted Intervention Specialist certificate in 2025. An active member of the Human–Animal Interaction section (Division 17, Section 13) of the American Psychological Association, she also holds a Fear-Free® training certification. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an adjunct psychology professor at Colby-Sawyer College. Her professional interests include supporting individuals navigating trauma, abuse recovery, anxiety, and grief and loss. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a warm, compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and goals.
