Alexandra Boise, MA, LCMHC

Alex is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping others feel seen, understood and validated. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SNHU in 2017, and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in 2012. Alex works with older children, adolescents and adults who are navigating life stressors, anxiety, depression and trauma. She wants clients to know, "Show up exactly as you are and I’ll meet you there."
